Screening CVs from database, job portals, referrals, networking data bank and conducting head hunting activities if necessary. Shortlisting candidates and sending  to Team Leader-Talent Sourcing/Talent Sourcing Manager for review. Sending shortlisted candidates’ CVs to specific clients and make necessary follow-ups on possible interview (face to face or telephone) and arrange accordingly with the applicants as scheduled. Liaise between the clients and the candidates on the interview and selection process Monitoring of sourcing progress in the recruitment system as per clients/companies being managed
