We are looking for a Country Manager for Oman

The Incumbent should be an Energetic, Matured and a seasoned self-starter. The Person should be able to manage business effectively in a competitive environment and must have an excellent manpower management skills. The person will be responsible for the Country’s assigned budgets and P & L and he should have demonstrated a track record in handling major assignments. The person should have ability to manage major customers in Organized Retail & IT Channel sales.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing Annual Business Operating Plans to achieve annual/quarterly/monthly targets
  • Manage, Recruit, Train and Track performance of the Team.
  • Liaise with Product Marketing Department in Dubai on business planning, promotions and marketing activities and supervise their execution.
  • Reporting Business Performance on monthly basis.

Experience: Must have 10 – 15 years’ experience in consumer product in Middle East which is a pre-requisite.

Education: Graduate with MBA degree from a recognized university.
