2. Plan and manage maintenance schedule for all farm equipment
3. Source & manage vendor for equipment maintenance
4. Liaise with IT / Tech team of technology partner to run farm operations seamlessly
5. Be lead champion for TECHOPS (farm operations software)
6. Manage team of technicians and develop in house expertise to keep 100% uptime of operations
