As a Human Resources Executive you will have the responsibility to

coordinate all airline arrangemen,track vacation entitlements of colleagues

  • prepare all paperwork related to employment, probation and termination maintain the filing system in HR, and maintain the inventory of HR forms and re-order as necessary

  • Assist with the implementation of colleague communications, coordination of performance appraisal system.

  • Ensure that all colleague records are kept up to date (including colleague annual leave, business trips, medical leave)

  • coordinate all airline arrangemen,track vacation entitlements of colleagues

  • Administering recruitment, medical check up and briefing new recruits on medical insurance scheme and fingerprinting

  • Updating employees rosters in payroll system and prints out the record of fingerprint in order to provide attendance information to report to the Accounting Department

  • Other task or duties as may be appropriately assigned by the Personnel Manager


Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources Management. Minimum 2 years work experience as HR Executive or in Hospitality .
