Marketing Manager – Oil&Gas (Fuel & Lubricant)
Marketing activities: B2B and B2C customers across all industries. Products: fuel and non-fuel including SFS, Aviation, Marine, Lubricants… Various market segments
Marketing Budget Optimization:
o Invest, control and manage effectively the allocated opex and capex budgets and thereby ensure maximum benefits for all customers : key accounts, distributors and end-users
o Conduct economic feasibility studies, make proposals, follow up for securing business and timely execute company investments at customer premises.
o Monthly follow up and measure ROI of each investment (opex and capex)
o Develop distributors / customers contest program and organize a ceremony yearly
o Develop innovative promotions and marketing tools to promote the sales in Oman as well as all countries where the FIRM is present (export countries for lubricants)
o Implement Quick Oil Change centers concept
o Develop the Digital Portal for all our distributors and develop ways to engage them on it.
o Define with GM the strategy: differentiate, develop priorities and implement action plans
o Support Retail and B2B, work in close partnership
o Benchmarking vs Competition
o Study market trends in and outside Oman for new fuel and non-fuel products
o Lubricants: move to distributorship or not
o Follow the packaging process for labels & cartons
o Develop and execute communication plan for Oman and Abroad to increase the FIRM fame according
to our sales forecasts and current position.
o Measure the evolution of our Brand Awareness by market research studies
o Organize efficiently contests, customer meets and other events
o Organize seminars, trainings for customers / distributors and sales team to meet objectives.
o Strict adherence and compliance towards HSEQ policy
o Participate in the training program to acquire HSEQ knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management
o Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE policies and Manuals
o Participate in the Investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
o Strict adherence to HSEQ requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.

Set up Quick Oil Change centers and revamp
Support the Sales team in direct marketing areas & distributors in Export markets
Company investment in major projects / customer locations.
Optimum and efficient use of the budget
Adhere to group HSEQ rules and company policies & systems
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Matured, highly competent and experienced person with hands on experience in the Fuel market and possibly
Lubricants / Automotive sector in a senior Sales or Marketing position
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Retail segment (fuel or non fuel)
Creative, organized, with good communication skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English
Initiative, self motivated & skills for planning and independently carrying out the job.
Management Degree in marketing
Minimum of 10 years experience of which 5 years are in the same position
Trainings recommended for this position :
Strategic Management encompassing survey tools & usage: Qualitative & Quantitative

Salary: RO2,400.000 to RO2,600.000 /month
