MEP Sales & Tendering Manager
The position will be the front line for the business when it comes to MEP tendering and estimation following up from the Sales team.
Need to co-ordinate and work closely with BD and Estimation
Sales for MEP and tendering (need to have the technical/commercial knowledge and the ability to grow the business significantly).The first level of integration as MEP.
Sales & Sales Processes
Ensure continuous growth in Booking and EGM
Implement Sales Processes (from getting the quote / tender to closing of the sale)
Review of technical specifications and estimation (getting the vendor quote, labor requirement, PMC etc)
Highlight deviations – technical or commercial
Pre finalization meetings / final negotiations
To be well informed about Market, Competition, Segment – wise Growth, New Players Entry, etc.
Ensure proper cost estimation by monitoring variance reports
Ensure overall Customer Satisfaction and continuously strive to improve CSI
Build relationship with the customer (at operational levels) and PMCs
