Omantel: Key Account Manager, National Accounts (Wholesale)

• Maximizes the sales of current products/services of the unit to the customers by expediting the delivery of the requested services and proposing new prices/offers or products

Customer Relationship Management
• Builds good relationships with the customers by meeting section performance targets such as speed, accuracy, proficiency etc.
• Processes requests from customers for existing and new services in order to meet customers’ needs and ensure successful delivery of tailored solutions to the customers
• Escalates critical issues to the line manager
• Introduces new products and services to the customers in order to receive their feedback and achieve new agreements for the new products and services
• Maintains records and documentation of all clients’ requests
• Contributes to internal meetings related to introduction or optimization of products and services
• Ensures the customers’ payment of all issued invoices and deals with the customer to resolve ant dispute

• order to successfully meet customer expectations in regards to the services provided
• Follows-up with customers by way of giving regular status updates related to on-going projects or requests
• Providing written replies to customers’ complaints and requests
• Writes official internal/external letters as directed
• Sets up process and procedures for handling customer’s requests and ensures the efficiency of internal procedures

• Prepares monthly reports for line management showing all the activities related to current accounts, status of clients’ requests, sales analytics and forecasts
• Supports billing team to prepare monthly invoices and provides estimates for finance team for unissued invoices.
