Responsibilities and duties:

  • Greet visitors and members
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and non-members
  • Register new members and assist current with their quiries
  • Provide information on classes and memberships
  • Answer phone calls and whatsapp messages
  • Accept payments and complete relevant documentation
  • Keep track of sold gears and apparel
  • Fill up class attendance sheets
  • Follow Up payments and send sms reminders to clients
  • Ensure signatures of PT classes
  • Make videos and post on instagram stories every class
  • Cash up at the end of each day and ensure that relevant documentation is completed and reported to the manager

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: RO170.000 to RO200.000 /month
