Communicate with different teams in bank:
a. IT Support & Operations
b. Business Operation
Perform first level investigation, and triage the incident to responsible party (bank, NCR, etc.)
Collect logs from ATMs and related systems, with support from bank staff
Report problem to relevant NCR teams:
a. Global Support
b. PS Activate Production Development
d. Aptra Vision & Unified Agent
e. NCR PS team Oman
f. NCR WCS team Oman
Track & follow-up from all related parties
Participate in all multi-stake holder meetings within bank to discuss production issues
Track & plan fixes/resolutions of reported problems.
Status reporting of all reported incidents
Attend calls with NCR Global Support & engineering
. Perform agreed action items from these calls
Provide on-call support for ATM software to WCS engineers/OAB custodians attending ATMs for any critical issues
Support OAB team during SIT/UAT phases of ATM projects
