Develop Terms of Reference (TOR) foreach project under area of responsibility and in consultation with relevantIM& T Portfolio,Develop project execution plan forprojects as necessary,Create and manage Project Networkfinancial schedules in SAP. Provide regular budget status input for month endreporting,Plan and Execute procurementactivities as per the agreed implementation strategy and in line with C& Pguidelines, Execute allocated projects in linewith project plan, actively participating in all phases of the project.Identify, assess and manage risks to the success of the project. Adopt and implement ProjectManagement best practices in line with directives from IM& T project officeand corporate guidelines. Conduct project Value Assurance Reviews during major stage gates of thekey projects. Manage contractors as per thecorporate guidelines stipulated under PCSC scheme.Manage internal resources for theimplementation of in-house projects and activities associated with CSR roles. Ensure project handover tooperations and provide evidences which demonstrate the deliverable intendedhave been fulfilled.Complete technical and commercialproject closeouts as per the corporate guidelines.
