? Maintain an HSE Advisory / Support Service within the Company’s operations. ? Assist in reviewing company policies.
? Monitor of personal KPI after assisting in developing one. ? The HSE Advisory/Support Service shall be inclusive of providing assistance related to all HSE issues.
? Ensure the application of the HSE Management System is adequately monitored for conformance. ? Monitoring & Advise Field HSE advisors in daily basis through daily HSE report.
? Advise on day to day issues related to health and ensure the application & implementation of Exterran health specification ? Ensure that HSE non-conformities are reported to management, on a timely basis, utilizing the established QHSE procedures. ?
Advise/participate in the planning, scheduling, execution, reporting, follow-up and close-out of HSE inspection and audits and audit findings. ? Advise in the planning, execution, reporting, follow-up and close-out of corrective actions resulting from Emergency Exercises & action log list. ?
By opportunity and during site visits, attend line HSE Meetings and Toolbox Talks. ? Assist to deliver brief HSE presentations on topical HSE subjects by invitation or by self-initiative. Where such presentations are invited by the line.
? Regular visits to interior locations and properly cascading incident learning & previous audits and inspection findings. ? Participate in the preparation of Hazard Alerts and HSE themes.
? Participation in preparing & reviewing HSE documents & procedures. ? Cover up absence of employee.
? Assist in prequalification of contractors ? Ensure compliance with country laws/regulations/rules according to legal register ? Inspects facilities, machinery, equipment, and personnel practices ?
Maintaining HSE files and records keeping up-to-date ? Provide full support to Operations to run safe and smooth “ALARP” ? Encourage employee participation in Risk Assessment and observation card Program. ?
Shall maintain waste reports, and produce monthly waste register, and ensure waste management compliance to legal requirement and report any nonconformity. ? Willingness to travel up to 40% of time, 60% of time in office support
