Resident Controller for Alila Hinu Bay (opening date 2020)

As a member of the Management team, the Resident Controller is a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership. This position reports to the hotel General Manager.

The Resident Controller is responsible for the efficient running of the finance division in line with Hyatt’s corporate strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. You will lead strategically and tactically by planning, organizing, directing and controlling the accounting function of the hotel and reporting operational results.


Ideally with a degree or diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent. Minimum 2 years work experience as Resident Controller. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Hotel pre-opening experience of great advantage.
