Security Manager for Alila Hinu Bay (opening date fall 2020)

As a member of the Management team, the Security Manager is a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership. This position reports to the hotel General Manager.

In this role you will effectively and efficiently manage the security function of the hotel so that its guests, employees, operations, and assets are protected and secure. You will be responsible for developing and implementing specialized and environmentally-tailored physical and technical security policies and procedures as well as training programs and support programs for the hotel.

Qualifications

Ideally high school diploma or equivalent. Strong leadership skills, strong interpersonal communication and social skills, emergency and crisis management experience, knowledge of security technology and application (e.g., CCTV, intrusion detection, access control, and response systems), experience managing investigations and knowledge of local laws and evidential procedures, strong connections and networking abilities with industry peers and agencies. No criminal record. Hotel pre-opening experience of great advantage.
