  • Participate in the development of the country business growth strategy
  • Identify new revenue-generation opportunities that enhance and promote our operations
  • Establish a true business development approach and action plan to develop and promote Sodexo’s business across all targeted markets
  • Set up a robust sales process and develop the pipeline
  • Refine and customize proposal, presentation and marketing materials appropriate for the local market
  • Answer to RFI, RFPs and participate to negotiations
  • Establish the winning strategy for each tender
  • Fully manage the technical organization of our responses, design solution in collaboration with Finance and Operations, then collate the answers in a comprehensive solution for client
  • Ensure site visits as well as the calculation and determination of the profit and loss account, analysis of risks and opportunities
  • Ensure successful mobilization and smooth handover to operations
  • Collect customer expectations and lead negotiations with clients
  • Manage and build key relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Work with the existing team to ‘adopt’ existing relationships as part of a longer term succession plan.
  • Refine and ensure high quality tracking (CRM) and rporting implemented and followed
