Main Purpose of the Role:

  • To sell and distribute the products and collect outstanding dues on time.
  • To be company’s “eyes and ears” in the market and report on competitive activities.
  • Achieve the monthly targets with qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the Sales Manager
  • Motivate and manage customers within the designated geographic area for brand/product portfolio development
  • Ensure brand visibility and merchandising in the stores as per the company planograms guidelines
  • Placement and positioning of new product launches as per priority and guidelines
  • Service and activate existing customer base and develop their loyalty for consistent business
  • Identify new and prospective customers, educate, create awareness and activate them to increase numeric distribution
  • Follow-up with the trade and timely collect outstanding as per the company provided credit limit
  • Organize and plan the routing to ensure optimum coverage in your assigned area
  • Monitor stock level and replenshiment
  • Administrative function and meeting deadlines related to your designated area (daily visits feedback, weekly trend, daisly sales report, business/collection review)


  • Minimum 2 Years Van Sales Experience preferably in Spices and Pulses.
  • Good communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus
  • Experience in structured route planning
  • Ability to create win win situations through negotiation & selling skills
  • Customer Centric Approach: Follow up on after sales service & timely credit collection
  • Monitor Sales and forecast business with accuracy
  • Determined with a drive to achieve targets
  • Energetic, people person and motivated to be in a fast paced, challenging and thrilling environment
